Ingredients
  

  • 1 duck egg or 2 chicken eggs
  • ¾ avocado oil or olive oil may increase to 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh or concentrated
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add eggs to mason jar

Blend Slowly
